Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Business Support Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Citations & Toll Management services across the UK, Ireland, Spain, and France.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming correspondence and reconcile payments received from customers.
  • Liaise directly with customers and local councils regarding queries on penalties.
  • Provide support and information to our branch network.
  • Manage timely invoice data entry and reduce PCN payments outside of local authority timeframes.
  • Reduce rejected representation and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Ability to build internal and external relationships.
  • Strong customer service skills and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Great communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Time management skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Fluent in French speaking and writing.

What We Offer

Up to £24,000 + bonus incentives, 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm Mon-Fri. We are an Equal Opportunities Employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
