About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Business Support Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Citations & Toll Management services across the UK, Ireland, Spain, and France.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming correspondence and reconcile payments received from customers.
  • Liaise directly with customers and local councils regarding queries on penalties.
  • Provide support and information to our branch network.
  • Manage timely invoice data entry and reduce PCN payments outside of local authority timeframes.
  • Reduce Rejected Representation and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Ability to build internal & external relationships.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Great communication skills (Verbal and written) and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, internet, and telephone skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Reliability and hard working.
  • Fluent in French speaking/writing.
