About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Business Support Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Citations & Toll Management services across the UK, Ireland, Spain, and France.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming correspondence and reconcile payments received from customers.
- Liaise directly with customers and local councils regarding queries on penalties.
- Provide support and information to our branch network.
- Manage timely invoice data entry and reduce PCN payments outside of local authority timeframes.
- Reduce Rejected Representation and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Ability to build internal & external relationships.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Great communication skills (Verbal and written) and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated time management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, internet, and telephone skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Reliability and hard working.
- Fluent in French speaking/writing.
