Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Business Support Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Citations & Toll Management services across the UK, Ireland, Spain, and France.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming correspondence and reconcile payments received from customers.
- Liaise directly with customers and local councils regarding queries on penalties.
- Problem-solve on outstanding payments and provide support to our branch network.
- Manage timely invoice data entry and reduce PCN payments outside of local authority timeframes.
- Reduce Rejected Representation and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Ability to build internal and external relationships.
- Strong customer service skills and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Great communication skills and attention to detail.
- Time management skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Fluent in French speaking and writing.
