Executive Assistant

proAV Limited is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Egham team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing full secretarial support to our Directors and other members of the management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Directors and management team.
- Manage emails and correspondence.
- Ensure client requirements are dealt with in a timely fashion.
- Understand and adhere to company policy and processes.
- Take and type minutes of meetings, and audio dictation.
- Manage Microsoft Dynamics, Office, and other software applications.
- Liaise with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
- Perform personal tasks as assigned by the Directors.
- Book and manage travel requirements.
- Assist with the creation and amendment of quotations and valuations.
- Organise and maintain diaries, make appointments, and coordinate reservations.
- Assist with event management and organisation of company events.
- Manage and submit expenses for multiple Directors.
- Assist with facilities management, including liaising with suppliers and managing the facilities mailbox.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing and maintaining project files.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
