About The Role

proAV Limited is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Egham team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing full secretarial support to our Directors and other members of the management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Directors and management team.
  • Manage emails and correspondence.
  • Ensure client requirements are dealt with in a timely fashion.
  • Understand and adhere to company policy and processes.
  • Take and type minutes of meetings, and audio dictation.
  • Manage Microsoft Dynamics, Office, and other software applications.
  • Liaise with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
  • Perform personal tasks as assigned by the Directors.
  • Book and manage travel requirements.
  • Assist with the creation and amendment of quotations and valuations.
  • Organise and maintain diaries, make appointments, and coordinate reservations.
  • Assist with event management and organisation of company events.
  • Manage and submit expenses for multiple Directors.
  • Assist with facilities management, including liaising with suppliers and managing the facilities mailbox.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing and maintaining project files.

Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
