We are seeking an experienced and skilled Personal Assistant to join our Egham team, representing proAV Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing full administrative support to our Directors, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our business.

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, experienced Personal Assistant to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity. The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Directors, including typing correspondence, managing emails, and preparing reports.
  • Manage diaries, make appointments, and coordinate reservations.
  • Assist with event management and organisation of company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Manage and submit expenses for multiple directors.
  • Screen telephone calls, enquiries, and requests, and handle them when appropriate.
  • Liaise with colleagues, clients, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, maintaining project files, and systematic organisation of the working environment.
