Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the annual calendar of global in-house events.
  • Plan and manage events from start to finish, ensuring alignment with event requirements, target audience, business objectives, and budget.
  • Track payment of invoices and shipping of promotional materials.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to secure a detailed understanding of event requirements.
  • Create briefing documents for suppliers.
  • Create creative decks for internal stakeholder review and sign-off.
  • Venue coordination, including site visits, contract negotiation, and contract management.
  • Event promotion coordination, including event marketing and communications.
  • Talent liaison and contract management.

Requirements:

  • Extensive senior-level experience in Events Management.
  • Creatively minded and excited to bring innovative ideas to the business.
  • Ability to travel globally.
  • Confident at building and presenting decks.
  • Commercially minded.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to operate efficiently and precisely in managing tasks and budget tracking.

Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
