We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a French Speaking Administrative Assistant within our Business Support Division covering Citations & Toll Management services.

Responsibilities
  • Process incoming correspondence
  • Manage traffic violations including parking, speeding, and bus lane penalties
  • Reconcile payments received from customers
  • Liaise with customers and local councils regarding queries on penalties
  • Solve outstanding payment issues
  • Support our branch network with information and assistance
  • Manage timely invoice data entry
  • Reduce PCN Payments outside of local authority timeframes
Requirements
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills
  • Show excellent customer service skills
  • Have great communication and organizational skills
  • Be fluent in French speaking/writing

The role is based in Staines, TW18 4HR, and the salary is up to £24,000 + bonus incentives. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
