French Language Administrative Coordinator

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a French Speaking Administrative Assistant within our Business Support Division covering Citations & Toll Management services.
Responsibilities- Process incoming correspondence
- Manage traffic violations including parking, speeding, and bus lane penalties
- Reconcile payments received from customers
- Liaise with customers and local councils regarding queries on penalties
- Solve outstanding payment issues
- Support our branch network with information and assistance
- Manage timely invoice data entry
- Reduce PCN Payments outside of local authority timeframes
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills
- Show excellent customer service skills
- Have great communication and organizational skills
- Be fluent in French speaking/writing

The role is based in Staines, TW18 4HR, and the salary is up to £24,000 + bonus incentives. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
