Customer Service and Accounts Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service and Accounts Coordinator to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in processing orders, handling inquiries, and managing logistics for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Processes: Handle customer orders received via email or phone, enter orders into the ERP system, manage the process until invoicing and delivery, monitor product availability, suggest substitutions, ensure timely communication with customers regarding order status, coordinate deliveries and returns, and manage inventory.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth operations and provide regular reports on customer inquiries.
  • Claims Handling: Be the point of contact for customer claims and ensure efficient resolution.
  • Accounting Support: Evaluate customer credit profiles, monitor account balances, follow up on overdue accounts, and resolve billing discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar customer service/accounts administration role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
