Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service and Accounts Coordinator to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, handling inquiries, and managing logistics for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer orders received via email or phone
  • Enter orders into the ERP system and manage the process until invoicing and delivery
  • Monitor product availability and suggest substitutions when needed
  • Ensure timely communication with customers regarding order status
  • Coordinate deliveries and returns, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and consignment expiration dates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar customer service / accounts administration role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
