Job Description:

Office Angels UK is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join their dynamic team in Surrey. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks to support all operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Task Management: Manage and coordinate various administrative tasks to support all operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Documentation Maintenance: Maintain and update documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Team Support: Work closely with the teams to assist with inquiries, reports, and seamless communication across departments.
  • Record Management: Assist in the management of all records.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar security industry.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
