About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Business Support Division. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our Citations & Toll Management services across the UK, Ireland, Spain, and France.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming correspondence and manage timely invoice data entry
  • Reconcile payments received from customers and liaise with local councils regarding queries on penalties
  • Provide support and information to our branch network and manage customer relationships
  • Reduce PCN Payments outside of local authority timeframes and minimize rejected representations

Requirements

  • Ability to build internal and external relationships and demonstrate strong customer service skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on reducing costs and improving efficiency
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with great communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and internet skills
