About The Role

proAV Limited is a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally.

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Administrator to join our Egham team, representing proAV and taking full responsibility for supporting the buyer and PM (client) with the successful order management from placement through to invoicing.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.

Experience and seniority of the position will be reflected by the remuneration and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emailing orders to suppliers and ensuring timely receipt of order confirmations.
  • Tracking orders to Warehouse and third party addresses, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Dealing with enquiries from buyers, Project Managers/coordinators, Logistics and Warehousing teams.
  • Checking daily reports for tasks to include: orders placed, orders overdue and high priority order progress.
Personal Skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced department, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of daily challenges and deadlines, and manage invoice queries effectively.
