Procurement Coordinator

proAV Limited is seeking a skilled Procurement Administrator to join our Egham team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for supporting the buyer and project managers with the successful order management from placement through to invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Place orders with suppliers and track them to warehouse and third-party addresses.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure orders have been received and details are accurate.
- Deal with enquiries from buyers, project managers, logistics, and warehousing teams.
- Check daily reports for tasks, including orders placed, overdue, and high-priority order progress.

- Ability to prioritize workload.
- Take ownership of daily challenges and deadlines.
- Manage invoice queries.
