About the Role

Sytner Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Maranello Classic Parts, the only worldwide Ferrari authorized classic parts distributor. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the preservation of Ferrari vehicles' heritage, from 1947 to the present day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Goods Inwards Administration: Accurately process and manage incoming goods, ensuring timely and efficient handling.
  • Vehicle Storage Administration: Maintain accurate records of vehicle storage, ensuring seamless inventory management.
  • Stock Check Administration: Conduct thorough stock checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory.
  • Financial Spreadsheet Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Purchase Ledger Invoices: Process and manage purchase ledger invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Freight Import and Export Administration: Coordinate and manage freight imports and exports, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Supplier and Customer Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of suppliers and customers.
  • General Administration: Provide administrative support, including filing, copying, shredding, and record-keeping.
About You

We are looking for an individual with an analytical and inquisitive mindset, who is confident in their abilities and works well in a team environment. Experience working with automotive parts is an advantage, and a strong working knowledge of Excel is beneficial.
