About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our Business Support Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Citations & Toll Management services across the UK, Ireland, Spain, and France.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming correspondence and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reconcile payments received from customers and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Liaise with customers and local councils to resolve queries and issues related to penalties.
  • Provide support and information to our branch network and ensure timely invoice data entry.
  • Reduce PCN payments outside of local authority timeframes and minimize rejected representations.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and internet skills.
  • Fluent in French speaking and writing.
