Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
Layka Recruitment is seeking an experienced Technical Administrator to join our client's team in Egham. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales, Dispatch, and Invoicing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely data entry and cleaning in SAGE 200, our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Office Administration: Provide flexible administrative support, including answering telephone calls, assisting field engineers, and supporting the Contracts Team and customer queries.
- Order Processing: Prepare quotes and process small parts orders from customers, and issue invoices.
- Order Fulfillment: Process sales orders from Contracts Managers, including registering orders, creating quotes, completing order acknowledgments, issuing delivery notes, and invoicing.
- Service and Maintenance: Process service and maintenance cases on Sicon.
- Return Management: Process RMAs (Returned for repair, warranty, or service).
- Inventory Management: Book out stock against contracts where applicable and assist with stock keeping precision.
- Customer Support: Investigate customer queries through to resolution.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45 - 17:15, with a 4pm finish on Fridays.
Requirements: Due to the location, your own transport is essential.
