We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Freight Administrator to join our team at Heathrow Personnel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our freight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our freight operations team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Freight Operations: Assist with the coordination of freight movements, including the preparation of shipping documents and the tracking of freight shipments.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Invoice Reconciliation: Assist with the reconciliation of freight invoices, including the verification of charges and the preparation of payment documents.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Assist with the development and implementation of SOPs for freight operations, including the creation of customer rate cards and the preparation of quotes.
- General Administration: Perform general administrative tasks, including the maintenance of records and the preparation of reports.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a freight or logistics environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (37.5 hours per week).
