Creating and producing ATA carnets 'Passport for Goods' for specific shipments based on the clients’ requirements (complete training to be provided, though previous experience is beneficial)
- Working within the carnet team, to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and the workload is shared accordingly.
- Managing the bond limit with the Chamber of Commerce and checking the balance at the start of each month (full training to be provided)
- Reporting to the Operations Manager and keeping him updated on the status of the bond limit, with weekly/ monthly meetings
- Cross-checking the report provided by the Chamber of Commerce with EFM internal Carnet Log; informing any staff that have not updated the log to do so
- Maintain the EFM Carnet Log to ensure it is correctly formatted
- Returning Carnets to the Chamber and updating our records accordingly
- Provide proactive updates to the Operational Carnet owner of upcoming expiration dates
- Work with Learning and Development Manager in utilising Cargo wise to log all Carnets and provide proactive updates to the owners, to ultimately cease using the manual Carnet Log.
- Manage and order Carnet stationary when necessary
- Keep yourself updated with Carnet enhancements and updates and share with the team when applicable
- Continual development of internal Carnet process
- Participate in external training provided by the Chamber of Commerce
- General administration tasks
- Car owner/ driver with clean driving licence
- Previous logistics / freight experience would be beneficial
- Keen interest in Music, Sport, Theatre or Events
- Able to work in a team and individually as needed
- Able to use initiative and work to tight deadlines
- Extremely organised and excellent attention to detail
- Familiar in using excel - (due to nature of the information received, in order to produce carnets).
- Confident working with numbers and figures
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Full administrative experience - used to using Microsoft office etc

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
