Office Administrator

Are you ready to take on a rewarding role in administration? We are seeking an Office Administrator to support our operations at Rock Compliance Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the office, managing phone inquiries, welcoming visitors, and ensuring a professional office environment
- Review and upload service documentation via an online management system
- Maintain and update client databases and spreadsheets
- Input contracts and one-off assignments into a contract management platform and distribute to the planning team
- Schedule and coordinate tasks for engineers
- Generate reports and uphold an organized filing system
- Process purchase orders efficiently
- Perform various administrative tasks to support departmental objectives
- Foster strong working relationships with colleagues across the organization
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an office setting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate challenging situations
- Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on standards and procedures
- Team-oriented with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to learning and achieving goals
