We are on the lookout for a Senior Executive Assistant to become a vital part of our Operations team. This position involves delivering high-level administrative support to the Board while coordinating operational tasks to facilitate seamless company-wide functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the Executive Chairman's calendar, arranging meetings, and managing travel logistics
  • Facilitating executive meetings, crafting agendas, and recording meeting minutes
  • Supervising facilities management, including collaboration with service providers
  • Maintaining documentation of client feedback and survey outcomes
  • Administering company credit card expenditures
  • Organizing and executing company-wide events and initiatives
  • Addressing complaints and upholding compliance training records
  • Assisting with Risk and Compliance protocols, including the upkeep of policies and procedures
  • Supporting the annual accreditation process
  • Contributing to Health and Safety obligations

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing high-level administrative assistance
  • Prior experience as a personal assistant to senior management or Executive Boards
  • Skilled in preparing Board-level agendas and minutes
  • Educated to degree level or possess equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with business systems and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the legal field or legal compliance
  • Project management expertise
  • Certification in first aid and fire safety
