Job Role Summary:

As we prepare for the opening of a new ward, we are in search of a dedicated and professional Healthcare Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a proficient communicator with a strong command of spoken English and an excellent telephone demeanor.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills while maintaining a calm and adaptable approach to the diverse demands of the role.
  • Execute audio typing tasks and possess a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Take minutes during meetings and manage the reception area, working both independently and collaboratively within the Administration team.
  • Uphold the confidentiality and sensitivity of information handled in the role.
  • An NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Administration is advantageous.

Working Hours:

The position entails 22.5 hours per week, with specific scheduling to be discussed during the interview process.
