Join Our Team as a Compensation Processing Expert

At Octavia, we are excited to welcome a Compensation Processing Expert to our financial accounting division within the Finance department. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the payroll processing operations for our organization.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Administer monthly payroll for a workforce exceeding 500 employees
  • Manage payroll records within the i-Trent system
  • Provide support to internal users of the iTrent platform
  • Guarantee precise salary computations for all remuneration and deductions
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure accurate documentation of changes
  • Submit necessary returns to HMRC and uphold compliance with tax regulations
  • Address inquiries from employees and external parties regarding payroll matters
  • Conduct payroll reconciliations and assist with additional tasks as needed

Supporting the Finance Team:

  • Generate weekly reports and manage the rent debit run process

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing monthly payroll
  • In-depth knowledge of iTrent or comparable payroll systems
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment with stringent deadlines
  • Proficiency in resolving complex payroll inquiries with meticulous attention to detail
  • Partially qualified and actively pursuing completion of professional qualifications
