We are seeking a highly skilled Global Compensation Analyst to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our Global Compensation Centre of Expertise, you will play a critical role in overseeing the strategy, management, and development of consulting teams, knowledge teams, and business services compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop analysis and presentation materials to support decision-making for stakeholder and leadership teams.
- Assist in the development of processes and frameworks for workflow management to ensure timely resolution of queries and requests from offices globally.
- Contribute to assigned key initiatives across the range of areas covered by Global Compensation COE.
- Conduct benchmarking using various market data sources and develop compensation reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
- Partner with Compensation Advisors and HR Partners to review, update, and design salary ranges and structures.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master/MBA a plus.
- 2-6+ years of corporate and/or consulting compensation experience, showing progression.
- Ability to drive analysis and processes with guidance.
- Knowledge of reward practices with focus on benchmarking and compensation modeling.
- In-depth knowledge of different market benchmark surveys.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with compensation & analytics systems a plus (e.g., Market Pay, Tableau).
- Experience working across different geographies.
- Confidence to present benchmarking and compensation analysis.
- Desire to work with stakeholders.
- Global Compensation COE team members.
- Local office HR.
- Business stakeholders.
