Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Senior Analyst to join our team at Columbia Threadneedle Investments. As a key member of our Compensation and Regulatory team, you will play a critical role in supporting all regulatory analysis, regulatory filings, policy development, and processes for our global asset management business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Analysis and Reporting: Support the Reward Manager in designing, reviewing, and maintaining all Identified Staff policy and processes for the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Compensation Support: Provide local compensation support for US-based compensation partners to non-Asset Management business units in Europe and Asia, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulations.
  • Analysis and Insights: Work closely with the Reward Manager to provide high-quality analysis, insights, and solutions-oriented advice to Global Operations, Global Transformation & Change, and Investment Risk businesses.
  • Regulatory Remuneration Disclosures: Support the annual regulatory remuneration disclosures and reporting process in collaboration with Global Operations, Compliance, and Legal colleagues.
  • Reward Guidance and Explanation: Develop and deliver year-end and new joiner reward guidance/explanation, particularly for regulation-driven arrangements in EMEA.
  • Remuneration Committee Support: Assist the Reward Manager in drafting, editing, and reviewing content for the EMEA Remuneration Committee meetings on a quarterly basis.
  • Risk Adjustment Process: Support the Reward Manager and Global Head of Compensation Consulting and Operations in partnering with HR and Operational Risk colleagues to ensure the Risk Adjustment process is well-coordinated, compliant, and effective on a global basis.
  • Fair Pay Analysis and Reporting: Support fair pay analysis and reporting, particularly UK Gender Pay Gap disclosure, working closely with the Reward Manager and HR colleagues to provide analysis for presentation to senior business leaders.
