About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Compensation Lead to join our team at Wolters Kluwer N.V. as a key member of our Corporate Performance & ESG Division. This role will play a critical part in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Compensation Program Administration
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our sales compensation platform.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of variable incentive payments.
  • Maintain system integrity and address any technical issues or enhancements.
Compensation Strategy Development
  • Develop and manage various sales compensation structures tailored to different roles and regions.
  • Ensure alignment of compensation formats with company goals and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compensation plans seamlessly within the organizational matrix.
  • Design innovative and competitive sales compensation plans that motivate and reward sales performance.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure compensation plans are competitive.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine compensation strategies to align with business objectives and market trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Consolidated experience managing sales compensation software.
  • Extensive experience in sales compensation plan design and administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in a corporate software or technology company.
  • Knowledge of matrix organizational structures.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP) is a plus.
