Department & Position Overview:

The Compensation and Benefits Operations Expert will oversee and enhance Civica's compensation and benefits initiatives, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. This role demands a meticulous and analytical professional with extensive knowledge in compensation and benefits management, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to improving employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Management: Oversee the daily operations of all employee benefits initiatives.
  • Claims Processing: Manage employee claims, coordinating with vendors for various insurance claims.
  • Compensation Programs: Administer and refine compensation and recognition initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals and to effectively engage employees.
  • Job Structure: Spearhead the implementation of job structures, including mapping and leveling, while educating the organization.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs adhere to applicable laws and regulations, staying informed about legislative changes.
  • Vendor Relations: Collaborate with external benefits providers to manage contracts, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Employee Engagement: Create and disseminate clear and engaging communications regarding benefits and compensation programs, providing support to employees.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of program participation and costs, analyzing data to identify trends and report insights to management.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of compensation and benefits operations.

Requirements:
