Position Overview

Title: Head of Strategic Partnerships

Location: London - Hybrid

Note: Proven experience in establishing Strategic Partnerships is essential for this position within the Contact Center sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and implement collaborations with leading technology firms – develop, promote, and sell jointly on a global scale.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing and sales materials for both internal and external audiences to support go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Firstsource Sales team to facilitate account mapping and field-level connections with technology partners, Global System Integrators, and overlay teams.
  • Act as the liaison between the partner and Firstsource, ensuring effective communication to resolve challenges and achieve customer success.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of partners' current focus areas and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Articulate and convey Firstsource's value propositions to the partner's teams (alliances, marketing, sales).
  • Engage cross-functionally with Business Operations, Enablement, Legal, Marketing, Product Marketing, Program Management, Services, and other internal teams at Firstsource.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive expertise in specific sectors (Healthcare, BFS, Telecom, Edtech) or broad solutions (Customer Experience, Automation, Analytics, AI, etc.).
  • Proven ability to independently formulate business strategies and secure approval from senior management.
  • A self-driven, results-oriented leader with a strong focus on execution and revenue generation.
  • Exceptional relationship management and partner development capabilities.
  • At least 6-10+ years of experience in Solutions, Business Development, Sales, Consulting, or Transformation roles.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with business development leaders, executives, product managers, engineers, legal professionals, and security experts.
  • A business leader adept at influencing and building relationships across all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
  • A passionate advocate for Field Alliances and Channel strategies, providing exceptional program management and thought leadership to enhance revenue and create new business opportunities.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in Business or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree from a reputable institution is advantageous.
  • Willingness to accommodate time zone differences and travel as necessary.

Firstsource Solutions is seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships with a strong background in deal-making, strategy, and relationship management to enhance our solutions and partner ecosystem. The goal is to identify, cultivate, and develop a collaborative value proposition with selected partners to create new revenue opportunities and introduce innovative solutions to the market.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience and enthusiasm for incubating, launching, and scaling high-quality services, platforms, and cloud partnerships. This role requires collaboration with partners' alliance, technical, marketing, and field teams to ensure alignment with their stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a robust background in channel sales, solutions, consulting, and marketing, along with the leadership skills necessary to engage with partner executives and work with internal teams to foster strong field-level collaboration.

This pivotal role will be based in the UK and will necessitate cross-functional leadership skills while working with global teams. The individual will act as a change agent, driving impactful and measurable business outcomes, including revenue targets.
