This agency is on the lookout for a Head of Strategic Partnerships to enhance their Sponsorship division, overseeing the expansion of partnerships and guiding the strategic vision of the agency as a whole.
The ideal candidate will be a self-assured, proactive expert in sponsorship who is eager to embrace a leadership position within an agency that has ambitious growth objectives.
The successful applicant will possess:
- Expertise in advising both current and potential clients on the comprehensive brand partnerships process, which encompasses property selection, asset assessment, contract negotiations, strategic planning, campaign execution, creative activation, and performance measurement.
- A strong commitment to training, developing, and inspiring a team of specialists focused on sponsorship strategy and activation.
- Extensive experience in sponsorship strategy and activation, ideally in a senior leadership capacity, whether on the client side or within an agency environment.
- A keen ability to recognize opportunities for diversifying and expanding the agency's service offerings.
