About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and energetic Head of Partnerships to join our team at Habito, a pioneering fintech company revolutionizing the mortgage industry.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing partners, analyzing market trends, and developing innovative strategies to deepen our partnerships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Partnership Strategy: Drive business growth and maximize revenue opportunities through strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and Cultivate New Partnerships: Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with prospective partners to create mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Negotiate Partnership Agreements: Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive successful partnership outcomes.
  • Monitor and Analyze Partnership Performance: Track partnership performance metrics and optimize strategies to drive growth.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in the financial services or technology industry.
  • Strong Negotiation and Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a track record of successfully closing partnership deals.
  • Strategic Thinking and Results-Driven: Ability to think strategically, drive results, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the mortgage industry and its trends.
