Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and expansion.
  • Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including Fortune 500 companies, foundations, and government entities.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing team of business development and partnership professionals.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts, track progress, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or fundraising, with a track record of driving business growth and building successful partnerships.
  • Skills: Strong execution skills, ability to work effectively in a remote team environment, and proficiency in Arabic language and Middle East & North Africa market knowledge.
