We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Reed. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage electronic filing systems, including SharePoint, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Perform minimal paper filing as required, ensuring all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Answer telephone calls and manage incoming correspondence, providing excellent customer service to our clients and colleagues.
  • Assist with general office tasks, including making tea and running errands for the team.
  • Search for information and manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in typing and good accuracy, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity.
  • Familiarity with electronic filing systems, especially SharePoint, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player, with the ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
  • Experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not required.

  • Standard working hours with early finish on Fridays.
