**What will you work on?**

**This role has 2 parts to it**:
**1. To actively assist the Amazon UK team, to maximise sales activity and Spin Master’s brand presence on Amazon UK.**:
**2. To manage the Amazon EMEA FOB business, ensuring that we achieve our internal shipping targets**

**How will you create impact?**:

- Lead the digital presence on Amazon UK, ensuring that all Spin Master sku’s are visible with best-in-class title optimization, assets and content.
- Work with both internal Brand Managers and our external agency partner (Generation Media) to plan and implement a full year digital plans for our top brands
- Digital budgeting - track our digital spend against our agreed budgets
- Provide a robust administration function for the Amazon UK team working alongside the EU Analyst to understand the sales data analysis/forecasting. Understand the AMZ UK inventory position and chase orders, raise orders where possible.
- FOB: work with our HK team in preparing quote sheets to deliver our FOB business and collate a tracking file to monitor monthly PO’s received

**What are your skills and experience?**:

- Customer driven approach and a “go-getter” attitude
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience of retailer digital platforms and implementing key brand activities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships, both externally and internally
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, Salesforce an asset
- Demonstrated organization, planning and communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain business presentations, Excel files, read POS reports
