About the Role

The Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to oversee the successful account in Bourne. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a workforce of up to 200 workers a day, across 4 different shift starts, ensuring seamless operations and high productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workforce Management: Meet and greet staff upon arrival, sign workers in on timesheets, issue site access cards, and allocate workers to the correct department, skill level, and shift.
  • Operational Support: Support workers through site turnstiles, manage fulfilment, including extra workers booked, and top up missed shifts from earlier start times.
  • Communication and Liaison: Liaise with the Planning department on additional needs and/or extra workers on site, manage new starters, conduct first-day inductions and tours, and conduct bag searches.
  • Administrative Tasks: Submit accurate and completed timesheets to departmental managers, collect completed timesheets from night shifts, and collect access cards from night shift workers leaving site.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ensure all workers leave site effectively, complete a client daily costing sheet, and check all departments have workers as expected and the client is happy with supply.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with a workforce with little/no English, hold conversations with the site's General Manager to a new starter, and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, react positively to the unknown and unplanned, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accurate records.

  • Competitive Salary: £27,000 per annum
