We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of **Home Care Assistant** to join our team here at **Age Care Advice** in the **Bourne** area to work flexible hours each week.

**Hours**: We have part time roles working 20 hours a week. We also have zero hours contract and contracted hours are also available. To make it fair for all staff, we all work alternative weekends.
We do also offer zero and flexible working hour contracts if this suits people better than set weekly contracted hours.
**Shift patterns**:
- Morning / lunch shifts are 7am-3pm
- Afternoon / evening shifts 4pm-10pm however some shifts may be 8-4/dependent on service user requirements.
**Pay**:£12 per hour and we pay £13 per hour when staff work past after 8pm and on Sundays

**Who are we?**
At Age Care Advice, we offer an award-winning Domiciliary Care service, providing Care Coordination, Companionship, Live-in Care and Personal Care to support clients in their daily living in the comfort of their own homes. The head office is based in Bourne, however the company currently serves areas including Bourne, Stamford, Grantham, Peterborough and surrounding villages. Age Care Advice is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide personal care.

- Car drivers are preferred but not essential.
- Basic cookery skills and hygiene.

**The role**:
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming and changing bed clothes.
- Provide Companionship
- Accompany Service Users to medical appointments.
- Observe, monitor and record Service Users' physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes to senior staff.
- Encourage and support Service Users to participate in social and recreational activities.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting.
- Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of clients.
