**We are looking for a passionate and experienced full-time Field Care Supervisor to work in High Wycombe and the surrounding areas.**

Our Field Care Supervisors play a vital role in our mission by making sure local care operations run smoothly and successfully for everyone.
Working as part of a team you’ll assist in running the daily operations of our care services in the field.
From assessing the care needs of clients and their families to supporting a team of care professionals, from supervisions and spot checks to keeping essential records up-to-date.
You’re someone who loves working with people, is highly organised and enjoys getting things done, in an environment that’s busy and fluid.
**Locations - **Our fantastic care team provides home visits in the community to older adults in High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, Marlow, Gerrards Cross, and surrounding areas.
