We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Lincolnshire Respiratory Care Professional. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in respiratory care and make a real difference to the lives of patients in our community.
About the Role:- Work collaboratively with the Senior Respiratory Specialists to develop and implement pulmonary rehabilitation programs across designated sites.
- Conduct thorough respiratory and holistic assessments of patients and provide high-quality, evidence-based treatment to improve their quality of life.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
£43,141 - £50,745 per annum (Band 5/6)
Requirements:- Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy or related field
- State registration with the HCPC
- Postgraduate experience in respiratory physiotherapy care or chronic disease management
