We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nurse to fill the role of Deputy Manager at our esteemed care home in the Bourne area, Lincolnshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care services that meet the needs and expectations of our residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Quality Care Assurance: Ensuring the delivery of quality care that addresses the changing needs and preferences of residents.
  • Care Planning and Review: Developing, reviewing, and updating care plans to reflect changing resident needs.
  • Effective Communication: Maintaining open and professional communication with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines.
  • Meds Management and Administration: Properly receiving, storing, and administering medications to residents.
  • Nursing Leadership and Supervision: Overseeing staff to ensure high standards of nursing care and efficient shift operations.
  • Talent Development and Support: Supporting team members in developing their skills and knowledge to meet business demands.

A competitive salary of £49,920 per annum (£24.00 per hour) is offered for this full-time position working 40 hours a week on days.
