About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality person-centred care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
  • Support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.

In return for your dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus our sector-leading benefits and rewards package.
