Salary
As a Home Care Assistant with Home Instead, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of £12.10, plus double pay on Bank Holidays. We believe in recognizing the value of our team members and rewarding them fairly for their hard work.

Job Description
We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals like you to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. As a member of our team, you will be matched with a client based on mutual interests, allowing you to build strong relationships and provide personalized care that meets their unique needs. Your duties may include assisting with meals and/or shopping, light housework, medication reminders, and helping with personal care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle, due to the nature of the business. Experience is not necessary, as we provide full training and support to enable you to deliver the high-quality service we promise to our clients.
