Care Support Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Support Care Worker to join our team on a bank basis. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will provide quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to enjoy their day with confidence.
Key responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, supporting residents with food and drink, and following individualized care plans. You will also spend time with each resident, providing one-to-one care and companionship, and build strong relationships based on empathy and understanding.
To succeed in this role, you will need experience caring for older people, a proactive approach, and excellent communication skills. We offer competitive pay (£12-£15 per hour), flexibility in your working hours, and free learning and development opportunities to help you grow professionally.
