We're searching for a Resident Companion to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Resident Companion, you'll be responsible for providing companionship and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and engage in meaningful activities.
The estimated hourly rate for this role is £10.25. To be successful in this position, you'll need to be able to work flexibly, have excellent communication skills, and be able to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
