Respiratory Physiotherapy Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Physiotherapist to join the Lincolnshire Countywide Community Respiratory Team (CCRT) in a permanent role.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and conscientious practitioner with experience working with COPD and other chronic respiratory patients to develop their existing knowledge and skills and shape the current service, providing high-quality respiratory care throughout the community.
The post holder will support the Senior Respiratory Specialists in their role, planning, coordinating, delivering and evaluating Pulmonary Rehabilitation across designated sites. They will carry their own respiratory caseload of patients requiring specialist intervention, performing respiratory and holistic assessments and high-quality, effective evidence-based treatment.
The base salary for this position is £37,338 to £44,962 per annum, pro rata. The successful applicant will be part of our multi-disciplinary respiratory team, which consists of Respiratory Nurse Specialists, Specialist Respiratory Practitioners, Respiratory Physiotherapy Specialists, Physiotherapy Assistants and Assistant Practitioners.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, work flexibly within the team, and be confident in completing individual tasks.
Daily access to transport is essential for this role, as the post requires travel between locations to carry out work and attend training and meetings.
