The Role

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Resident Care Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, working closely with the care team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality daily living assistance to residents
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the care team
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
