Job Overview

This role will involve designing, planning, and implementing activities that enhance the lives of our residents.

  • Collaborate with external providers to source engaging entertainment options
  • Conduct regular resident feedback sessions to inform activity programming
  • Establish relationships with local community groups and organisations
  • Coordinate with care staff to deliver activities and visits
  • Organise fundraising events and raffles to support resident initiatives
Requirements

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual with a background in care or a related field. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.
