About the Position

This role involves designing and delivering engaging activities, events, and entertainment programs for residents. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external providers to ensure high-quality entertainment options.
  • Capturing resident feedback through surveys and conversations to shape future event programming.
  • Cultivating partnerships with local organizations to enrich resident experiences.
  • Coordinating visits from specialist professionals to provide additional support services.
  • Organizing fundraising events and initiatives to benefit residents.
Key Skills and Qualifications

We require a highly motivated and creative individual with experience in the care sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a flair for creativity, and the ability to understand resident needs.
