About the Role

The successful candidate will be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin, who has experience working with older adults. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and caregivers to provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, social, and psychological needs are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of nurses and caregivers to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet residents' changing needs
  • Ensuring the delivery of quality care through continuous assessment and evaluation
  • Communicating effectively with visitors, including family, friends, and external stakeholders
  • Complying with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Promoting high standards of nursing care by supervising staff and ensuring efficient shift operations
