Elderly Care Coordinator

About the Role:
A competitive annual salary of $48,000 - $58,000, plus benefits package, including free training and development opportunities, access to wellbeing and support tools, retail discounts and savings, unlimited referrals with our Refer a Friend bonus scheme, Employee of the Month rewards, and Long Service Awards.
Your Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants, supporting clinical team members in medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews, delivering quality person-centred care and support to residents, and respecting residents’ dignity and preferences.
Your Requirements:
You will need NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, knowledge of clinical care for the elderly, and a warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed approach to individualised care and support.
