About the Role
At Barchester Healthcare, we're seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to fill our Senior Care Assistant position. As a key member of our care team, you'll provide top-notch support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of dedicated Care Assistants
- Support the clinical team in various areas, such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and reviews
- Deliver person-centred care that respects the dignity and preferences of our residents
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- A warm, empathetic, and respectful approach to care
