Home Care Assistant

**Job Role:**
Ambient Support Limited invites applications for a Care Support Worker position in Bourne. As a member of our team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional care and support services to individuals with learning disabilities, fostering a culture of independence and empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, promoting trust and confidence in our care services.
- Provide comprehensive support with daily living tasks, such as personal care, household management, and meal preparation.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Significant experience in adult care, ideally supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities or Autism.
- Proven track record of delivering person-centred care, prioritizing individual needs and preferences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
