Home Instead Senior Care Support Role
At Home Instead Senior Care, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality care and companionship services to older adults. We believe that everyone deserves to live their life with dignity and respect, and we're committed to making that a reality.
About the Role
We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a CAREGiver. In this role, you will provide non-medical services to support our clients in their daily lives. This may include assistance with personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing non-medical services to support clients in their daily lives
- Assisting with personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship
- Becoming familiar with each client's unique needs and preferences
- Communicating effectively with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful. While experience in a care setting is not necessary, it would be beneficial if you have some knowledge of working with older adults or have a passion for supporting others.
Working with Us
As a CAREGiver with Home Instead Senior Care, you will receive industry-leading training, great rates of pay, and excellent support. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with their unique needs and stories.
